These are challenging times to say the least. Now more than ever you need to be paying attention to what's happening in your brain because it's not trained for situations like these.
We've got 24/7 news and social media bombarding us with words like chaos and pandemic . . . which don't exactly give you warm fuzzy feelings, do they? You need to learn how to manage your mind and understand you have the power to change your experience.

Managing your thoughts is essential to keeping the stress at bay.
Thoughts are just sentences in your mind.
Would your thoughts hold up in a court of law? Probably not.
Do your thoughts serve you?
Example, Why can't I take better care of myself...instead try this...I'm working to move my bedtime from 11:00pm to 9:00pm - 30 minutes at a time. I know it won't happen overnight but it still is progress.
Flipping the switch on your thinking during this uncertain time can give you a better outlook for the day to come. Looking for the positive in this time can be challenging but it can be accomplished.
